Heres my take on turbo installing! we spent the first day removin all the unnessary parts: exhaust and manifold, fans, charcoal canister, drained the oil and coolant, and removed some various parts im not sure what they were lol and took off the crossmemeber *just for space* day two we took off the oil pan and tapped it and worked on all the oil lines day three we ran in to a annoyance.. (turbo too big to fit between manifold and radiator) thanks to rexy who sold me his half radiator we were rescued but then it rained lol day four we installed the turbo and hooked up the lines and did the intercooler pipin and mountin and cut the bumper to fit the intercooler.. also had to notch the crossmember for room for the oil return line the intercool was mounted crooked so that it would fit nicely and we could keep most of the bumper intacked heres some pics of the final job:

im pretty nit picky for detail and seeing that makes me cringe.

lol its pretty much impossible we ran the tubing thru the frount of the car instead of around and having to drill a hole in the frame. The edge of the intercooler is lined up with the turbo. the other side had to be dropped down at the other side to fit up under the bumper support beam and connect to the other half of the piping

you just need me and some air tools to have a look at it.
my FMIC is from a saab both the inlet and outlet are on the same side.
will be quite an interesting getting the tubing back around to the intake.
i have a side mount intercooler if you would like that
its free

i drove it home yesterday and am droppin it off at the plave for a downpipe tomorrow.. then hopefully wes will get ahold of joseph and get back to me so i can get it tuned thrusday. it was a lil rough ride home but i had to be super easy on the throttle so she didnt like that much at all kept backfiring all the way home lol .. and i could be done.. but id have to cut alot more of my bumper support beam since all the pipin has been cut to fit this setup and then i wouldnt have a place for my corner turnlight.. my piping would go right there.. so really other then like i said drillin thru the frame and wrappin it around that way this is how it will stay plus lol i get more air to my engine and radiator like this lol
